RackCare went live 2007 as a result of working with many large logistics operators. Very few racking users had a structured procedure for identifying the level of damage and the annual cost of repairs.

From this it was apparent that there was no single integrated process to ensure compliance to Health & Safety requirements and no operational or facilities management input or control.


After extensive research and development Rackcare emerged as a very powerful tool for racking users. This was truly innovative, being the first to address the thorny issue of integrated racking management together with the proper control of unsafe locations.

Today, with many major operators running Rackcare, we continue to make significant investments in the ongoing development of the system. We, and our users, keep finding improvements and enhancements.

The Management console that we have developed takes the central management of multi-site operators to a completely new level.

We developed our working 'partnership' with SESS ( Storage Equipment Safety Services) to enable us to offer the very best and most comprehensive support to  ALL categories of racking users.
